The sold-out benefit concert by Canadian rock band Billy Talent, joined by Itchy and Metz, turned the Schlachthof in Wiesbaden into an unforgettable night for both the musicians and the fans, and a powerful moment in support of the fight against multiple sclerosis.
Drummer Aaron Solowoniuk, who lives with multiple sclerosis, presented the proceeds from a special charity concert to Andrea Arntz of DMSG NRW and Bernd Crusius, Managing Director of DMSG Hessen.
Together with promoter FKP Scorpio, the Schlachthof Wiesbaden music and cultural centre, and marketing partner Towntalker Media AG, the event raised €73,950 for MS initiatives.
€56,000 was donated to the DMSG Hesse state association, while €18,000 supported F.U.M.S NRW.
The funds will help support programs and projects for young people living with multiple sclerosis.
